Abstract
Most of diseases affect the physical status of the patients, the behavioral psychology, emotional reactions and can change their place and role in social life. The physicians mostly deal with the results of physical, laboratory and instrumental investigations of patient more often, than with information about psychological and social problems associated with the disease. Quality of life is one of the new value parameters of health care efficacy.
